Innoventia HUB respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this site, why, and how you can control it.

1. Data we collect

When you use the contact form or the BINOVIA assistant to reach us: your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the content of your message. When you browse the site: your IP address is hashed (never stored in clear) to prevent abuse of the contact form, and, only if you accept cookies below, anonymised audience-measurement and, where enabled, advertising identifiers.

2. Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiries and, where you ask for it, to get in touch about a project. To keep the site secure against spam and abuse. Where you accept cookies, to understand how the site is used and, where enabled, to measure the performance of our advertising.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (contact form, cookies) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure.

4. Who receives it

Only the Innoventia HUB team. Technical service providers acting on our behalf: our hosting provider, our email-sending service, and, only if the corresponding cookies are accepted, Google Analytics and/or Meta (Facebook Pixel) for audience measurement and advertising. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted. Cookie consent choices are kept for up to 12 months.

6. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (session, security) are always active. Audience-measurement and advertising cookies are only set after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@innoventiahub.com.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are never stored in clear, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to run Innoventia HUB.
